The Emotion Code is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing method focused on identifying and releasing “trapped emotions”—energetic imprints from past experiences that may contribute to stress, feeling stuck, or emotional heaviness. Understanding the Emotion Code

Many people carry stress from past experiences—even when life is “fine” on the surface. The Emotion Code is based on the idea that unresolved emotional energy can remain stored in the body and energy field, sometimes influencing mood, patterns, and how you respond to stress.

Sessions commonly focus on supporting clients who want help with:

  • Feeling emotionally stuck or repeating the same patterns
  • Stress and overwhelm from life changes or ongoing pressure
  • Difficulty letting go of past experiences
  • Emotional heaviness or persistent tension (mind–body connection)
  • Personal growth goals and greater self-awareness

A Calm, Structured Session—Focused on Release

We keep the process simple, respectful, and client-led.

We clarify your intention for the session.

We start with a brief conversation about what you want support with—stress, a recurring emotional theme, relationships, confidence, or simply feeling more balanced.

2.
We identify trapped emotions using muscle testing

The Emotion Code typically uses muscle testing to help pinpoint trapped emotions and, when relevant, the time period they may be connected to. You don’t need to retell traumatic events or “relive” anything for the work to be effective.

3.
We release and integrate.

Once identified, trapped emotions are released using the standard Emotion Code method (often involving magnetic energy work). You’ll leave with simple recommendations for hydration, rest, reflection, and follow-up timing based on your goals.
