Quantum Nutrition Testing is designed to provide additional insight into how your body may be responding to food, nutrients, environmental stressors, and lifestyle demands.

Quantum Nutrition Testing is based on applied kinesiology and nutrition response testing, and was founded by Dr. Lisa Palmer. The method focuses on evaluating how the body may respond to different nutritional and environmental factors, helping guide more personalized wellness support.

We run the Quantum Nutrition Testing assessment.

We’ll complete the testing process and review the findings with you in plain language. The goal is to identify priority areas (for example: potential nutrient support needs, patterns of stress response, and possible food/lifestyle triggers).

You leave with a personalized wellness plan.

You’ll receive clear next steps that may include nutrition shifts, meal structure, hydration targets, lifestyle habits, and—when appropriate—supplement suggestions. We aim for changes you can actually follow, not an overwhelming list.

Fine-tuning takes time. Over approximately 12 weeks, we make thoughtful adjustments and refine your plan so it becomes both effective and sustainable.

Includes: Weekly 10-minute check-in appointments for accountability, support, and consistent progress.

This phase is centered on healing and observation—watching how your body responds, how you maintain the plan, and what changes begin to take shape over time.
